We are not a financial institution and we are not a subsidiary of E-gold, E-bullion and or Liberty Reserve but a partner to LiteForex (StraightHold Company Incorporated).
We are an Independent E-currency Exchange Service Provider.
We offer our services to only Nigerians resident in Nigeria.
For obvious security reasons, we do not accept or make cash payments in our office. All transactions are made through our bank accounts listed on our
Bank Information page.
For obvious security reasons, we do not provide our E-currency account numbers on this website. You will need to call our customer care representative to have that.
Due to several abuses recorded recently, we do not allow internet transfer as a means of payment for any of our services.
You are responsible for supplying your correct E-currency account number or Liteforex Trading Account number. In the event that your fund is sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account number, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.
You will not use our services for money laundering activities.
We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.
We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
All transactions are concluded within 12 - 24 hours. If there is any delay, we will compensate you by paying you 0.1% per day.
Specify clearly your E-currency account name and the depositor's name While sending the payment notification to us otherwise your order will be unnecessarily delay.
In the case you are spending your E-currency to us. We pay into your bank account the equivalent amount of the E-currency we receive in our account. The reduction or increment in the amount paid into your bank account might be due to the fluctuations in the price of Gold in the case of E-gold.
The reduction or increment in the amount paid into your bank account may also be due to the spend receive fee E-currency company charge on the amount of E-currency you sent. We are not liable for all those condition.
We pay you the exact amount of the E-currency we receive in our E-currency account. Please note this, you are the one to bear the fluctuation in the weight of the E-currency (E-gold, E-bullion) and the receiving fund fee at a particular time you make a spend to us.
E-currency funding is final. You can not request a refund of your Naira once your e-currency account has been funded.
Bank Account funding is final. You can not request a refund of your E-currency once your Bank account has been funded otherwise you will need to place a buying order to the company again.
We reserve the right to change the price of any of our products buy posting the information on our website. Note that a mail may not be sent to a customer for any changes in the price.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
